Hello Sherwood Forest,

The SFCC Board and Trustees invite you to the monthly board meeting this Thursday March 16th at 7:00 pm. You can join as early as 6:30 PM to have informal conversations with the board and other members of the club.

We will cover the following topics this month in no particular order:

1. Normal correction/acceptance of the minutes for the previous meeting and for the Treasurer’s report
2. Discuss upcoming Newsletter: adverts for inclusion for new people on the board, dues, restoration of the SFCC signs and picnic.  Self-addressed envelopes?  Dues requires Sherwood Forest street address no matter the method paid.  Open positions and other needs.
   • Scheduling for the events leading to the final draft of the newsletter,
   • the block rep involvement,  
   • printing of the newsletter,
   • and distribution
3. Discussion on maintenance for the aging SFCC sign at NE 30^th and 164th Ave NE
4. Emergency Preparedness: WA EP Calendar progress “Home Hazard Hunt” by Joseph from 3/9/2023 7pm,
5. Community Connections, Land use (status on Trees4Livability campaign), Traffic, safety, etc.
6. Other pressing concerns or obvious joys…
7. Any other topic brought forward by any of the attendees.
